heads the Personnel Department of KAUKO Ltd. She bring s on board a wealth of experience in terms of human resource management and development.

A graduate of Law (LLB) from Mt Kenya University (Rwanda), Ms Eugenie is well positioned to handle all matters of employment at KAUKO Ltd, including contract management, gratuities, welfare etc.

She undertakes the Contentious Professional Development (CPD) at KAUKO Ltd; making sure that all employees and Board of Directors are equipped with competitive skills and knowledge to deliver. s

She has attended many trainings relevant to her position KAUKO, including; Motivation and Employment Management, Recruitment Process Management, Payroll and Compensation Management etc.
